We live in a world where anxiety is our default and counting our blessings involves weeding out our worries. As a steward of what she has learned in the valleys of life, Heatherly sheds light on how we can choose joy and live with hope in the midst of our struggles. This message will empower her audience to:
- Identify the joy-robbers in our lives: anxiety, fear, worry, and struggles
- "Retrain your brain" so that joy becomes your default
- Make the connection between rejoicing "even though" and living abundantly
- Give up "faking it" for an authentically joyful life
